Leah is engaged!

We have had so many exciting things going on over here that have been pretty distracting for us from our blog and this engagement is just one of them! My boyfriend (now fiance), David, proposed to me a few weeks ago on my birthday. It was so out of the blue, adorable, and awkward(yes- that is just us), and I am just so excited.
We started dating our freshman year of college which was about four years ago. David was the shy boy that lived down the hall from me. I was the bubbly girl that showed up in his hallway to play games with his friends in order to be near him.
The past four years have just been wonderful. So much snuggling, eating tacos and cookies, and watching Jimmy Fallon. I can't wait to get married to him at the end of this summer! 
We will make sure to keep you updated on our wedding planning progress and to post lots of pictures!

Here are just a few of the instagrams we posted within the last month or so. October has been treating us well! I am finding that colder October typically is when I start feeling more relaxed about everything. -We are slowly learning how to enjoy ourselves on a budget-where to cut back and where to splurge just a little in order to stay sane-which has really helped us to relax a little.  -We are used to our school schedules and rather than freak out about all of the things we have to do we just kind of.. get them done. -There is just a lot of cuddling due to the fact that we refuse to turn the heat on. Little pup prefers to snuggle up on one of our laps and we both curl up in big sweaters and wool socks.  Oh yes, October is a relaxing one. How has it been treating you so far? -a clover & a bee
